View Booking Form Answers on an Appointment
If someone books using a custom form, you can see their answers on the appointment.
View the answers
- Click an appointment in Calendars, Contacts, or Conversations.
- Open the Forms tab.
- Read the answers, laid out the same way as the form.
The Forms tab only appears when a custom form was submitted with that booking.
Uses
Check intake answers before a consultation, or confirm details such as the service or address before you arrive.
