Add Custom CSS to Forms, Surveys, and Quizzes
Custom CSS lets you change how your forms, surveys, and quizzes look beyond the built-in style options.
Option 1: In the form itself (recommended)
- Go to Sites > Forms (or Surveys or Quizzes) and open the builder.
- Click Styles, then open Advanced and find Custom CSS.
- Paste your CSS.
- Click Save, then Publish.
This styles the fields, buttons, and text inside the form.
Option 2: On the funnel or website page
If the form is embedded on a page, you can add CSS in the page or funnel Settings > Custom CSS. This only styles the area around the form, such as margins, padding, or background. It can't style fields or buttons, because the form loads in a frame.
Option 3: On an external website
The same applies on other websites. To change the form's fields and buttons, use Option 1.
Tips
- Use your browser's Inspect tool to find the class names you want to target.
- Make small changes and preview on desktop and mobile.
- Keep a copy of your CSS somewhere safe.
