Skip Card Collection for $0 Orders in Forms and Surveys
If someone's order on a form or survey comes to $0, you can hide the card fields so they don't have to enter payment details.
How it works
When Require card for $0 orders is off, the form checks the order total and any recurring charges:
- If the total is $0 and nothing will be charged later, the card fields are hidden.
- If there's a recurring charge or a trial that converts to paid, the card is still required.
Free orders are still recorded in your submissions and order history. It works on desktop and mobile.
Set it up
- Open the form or survey in the builder.
- Click the Sell Products element.
- Turn off Require card for $0 orders.
- Save and publish.

- 100% off coupon codes
- Free event tickets
Tips
- Test with a $0 order and with a paid order to make sure both work.
- If you want a card on file for later charges, leave the setting on.
