QR codes for calendars, services, and rentals let customers scan and go straight to booking.
Two ways to get a code
- Ready-made codes: every supported calendar, service menu, and rental has its own QR code already linked to it. Nothing to set up.
- QR code builder: create a code yourself under Sites > QR Codes and choose a calendar, service, or rental as the destination.
Use a ready-made code
- Open Calendars (or your services or rentals).
- Find the calendar or item and open its share options.
- Click QR code.
- Download it, or customize the design first.
Create one in the builder
- Go to Sites > QR Codes and click Create QR Code.
- Choose the calendar, service, or rental type.
- Pick the item to link.
- Customize the look, then save.
Track and manage
Ready-made codes also appear in your QR codes list, so you can see scans, change the design, and download them in one place.
Ideas
- Put a booking code on your front desk or business card.
- Add a rental code to flyers and signs.
- Use a service menu code on receipts to get repeat bookings.
