Schedule When a Form, Survey, or Quiz Is Open
You can set a form, survey, or quiz to open and close on a schedule. It's handy for applications, event sign-ups, and limited-time offers. Scheduling is optional.
How it works
- Opens right away or on a date and time you pick.
- Never closes or closes on a date and time you pick.
- Time zone applies to both the open and close times.
The availability timeline shows whether it's Not open yet, Accepting responses, or Closed.
Set it up
- Open the form, survey, or quiz in the builder.
- Open Settings and find Availability or Schedule.
- Choose when it opens and when it closes.
- Pick the time zone.
- Write the message people see before it opens and after it closes, for example "Applications open Monday at 9am" or "Registration is closed."
- Save and publish.
Good to know
- After it closes, no new responses are accepted. Existing submissions stay.
- You can change the dates any time to reopen it.
