Score Tiers in Quizzes
Score tiers group quiz results into levels, each with a label, color, and score range.
Example:
| Tier | Color | From % | To % | | --- | --- | --- | --- | | Basic bookkeeping | Red | 0 | 39 | | Standard accounting | Orange | 40 | 79 | | Advanced financial management | Green | 80 | 100 |
The full range always runs from 0% to 100%. You choose how to split it into tiers.
Set up tiers
- Open your quiz.
- Open the result page editor.
- Click Configure Score Tiers.
- Add a tier and set its label, color, and range. Add as many as you need.
- Save.
How tiers are calculated
The quiz works out the person's percentage score, then finds the tier whose range includes it. Ranges can't overlap or leave gaps.
Show tiers on the result page
Add an Overall score or Category score section. It shows the person's tier label and color with their score.
Save tiers to contacts
Map the tier to a custom field so you can segment contacts and send tier-specific follow-ups in a workflow.
Ideas
- Readiness scores: "Not ready," "Almost there," "Ready to buy."
- Recommend a plan or product for each tier.
- Send high-tier leads straight to your booking calendar.
