WhatsApp Error: Unable to Send Text Due to Invalid Parameter
If a WhatsApp message fails with an invalid parameter error, check the From and To numbers.
You can't send a WhatsApp message to the same number it's sent from. If the contact's phone number is your own WhatsApp business number, the message fails.
Fix it
- Open the contact and check their phone number.
- If it matches your WhatsApp sending number, update the contact's number, or send from a different connected WhatsApp number.
- To test, use a separate phone that isn't connected as a sender.
