Airtable Triggers and Actions in Workflows

The Airtable integration connects your workflows to your Airtable bases, so contact and sales data can flow both ways without manual copying.

Connect Airtable

  1. Go to Automation > Workflows and create or open a workflow.
  2. Add a trigger or action and search for Airtable.
  3. Click Connect and sign in to your Airtable account.
  4. Save the connection. You can reuse it in any workflow.
You can also manage the connection under Settings > Integrations.

Triggers

These start a workflow when something happens in Airtable:
  • New Record
  • Updated Record

Actions

Your workflow can do these in Airtable:
  • Create Record
  • Update Record
  • Find Record
  • Delete Record

Tips

  • Test the trigger or action while you set it up so its data is available to later steps.
  • Pick the base and table in each step, then map your contact fields to Airtable columns.
