Asana Triggers and Actions in Workflows

The Asana integration links your workflows with your Asana projects, so new leads, deals, and requests can become tasks automatically.

Connect Asana

  1. Go to Automation > Workflows and create or open a workflow.
  2. Add a trigger or action and search for Asana.
  3. Click Connect and sign in to your Asana account.
  4. Save the connection. You can reuse it in any workflow.
You can also manage the connection under Settings > Integrations.

These start a workflow when something happens in Asana:

Your workflow can do these in Asana:

Tips

  • Test the trigger or action while you set it up so its data is available to later steps.
