Custom Code Workflow Action

How it works

1. Add the Custom Code action to your workflow.
2. Add input properties. These pass data from the contact or earlier steps into your code.
3. Write your code. Use the input properties to do things like format text, do math, or combine values.
4. Return a result from your code.
5. Click Test to run it and check the output.
6. Save. The output can be used in later steps.

Tips

• Keep code short and focused on one job.
• Test with real sample data before publishing.
• If your code calls an outside service, handle errors so the workflow keeps going.
