Start Workflows from Facebook and Instagram Post Comments
The comment triggers start a workflow when someone comments on one of your Facebook or Instagram posts.
Set it up
- Create a workflow and click Add Trigger.
- Choose the Facebook or Instagram comment trigger.
- Pick the page or account, and choose all posts or specific posts.
- Add filters, such as comments that contain a keyword.
- Add your actions and publish.
Ways to use it
- Send a direct message with a link when someone comments a keyword
- Reply to the comment publicly
- Tag the contact and add them to a nurture campaign
Tailor your reply with AI
Add a GPT action before your Respond on Comment action. Ask it to write a reply based on the person's comment, then use its output as the reply text. This way, each comment gets a relevant answer instead of a canned one.
