Choose a GPT Model for Workflow AI
The GPT workflow action lets you generate text, summarize, classify, and more inside a workflow. You can choose which GPT model it uses.
Pick a model
- Add the GPT action to your workflow.
- Open the Model menu and pick a model.
- Write your prompt. You can include contact fields and data from earlier steps.
- Test the action and save.
Choosing a model
- Newer, larger models give better results for complex writing and reasoning.
- Smaller, faster models are a good fit for short, simple jobs, like tagging or a one-line reply.
Tips
- Be specific in your prompt about the tone, length, and format you want.
- Use the output in later steps, like Send Email or Update Contact Field.
