Delete Contact Workflow Action
The Delete Contact action permanently removes the contact from your account when they reach that step.
Set it up
- Add the Delete Contact action to your workflow.
- Put it after filters or conditions that make sure only the right contacts reach it, such as a "Junk lead" tag.
- Save and publish.
Be careful
- Deleting a contact removes their data from your account.
- Make this the last step in the workflow. No later steps will run for that contact.
- Test the workflow with a sample contact first.
