Google Sheets Workflow Action

The Google Sheets action connects your workflows to your spreadsheets, so you can log leads, sales, or bookings automatically.

What it can do

  • Create a row: add a new row with contact or trigger data.
  • Update a row: find a row and change its values.
  • Look up a row: find a row by a column value and use its data in later steps.
  • Delete a row: remove a matching row.

Set it up

  1. Add the Google Sheets action to your workflow.
  2. Connect your Google account.
  3. Pick the spreadsheet and the sheet tab. The first row should hold your column headers.
  4. Choose what to do and map your fields to the columns.
  5. Test and save.

Tips

  • Keep column headers in the first row and don't rename them after you set up the action.
  • To add or update several rows at once, use the create and update multiple rows action.
