Workflow AI Assistant
Workflow AI is an assistant inside the workflow builder. Tell it what you want to automate, and it lists the triggers and actions you need and explains how to set them up.
What it can do
- Plan your first workflow: describe your goal and get the steps to build it.
- Explain a workflow: ask what a workflow or one of its parts does.
- Suggest improvements: get tips to simplify a workflow or add useful steps.
- Walk you through setup: get step-by-step guidance as you build.
- Answer questions: ask about specific actions or general best practices.
- Add actions: have it add steps such as an SMS reminder, a wait, an appointment status update, or a tag.
- Suggest next steps: get ideas for what to add next.
Use Workflow AI
Open a workflow and click the AI icon in the bottom-left corner of the builder. You can then:
- Click Describe this Workflow to get a summary of the current workflow.
- Click Assist with Building to get suggestions for what to build.
- Type any question in the chat box, such as "What is a trigger?"
A daily fair-use limit may apply. If you reach it, access comes back after 24 hours.
Tips
- Be specific about your goal, audience, and timing.
- Check every suggested step before you publish.
