Copy Actions Between Workflows
You can copy a single action or a whole block of actions and paste it into another workflow in your account. It's a quick way to reuse steps you've already set up.
Copy actions
- Go to Automation > Workflows and open the workflow with the actions you want.
- Click the three-dot menu on an action and choose:
- Copy Action to copy just that step, or
- Copy All Actions From Here to copy that step and everything after it.
Paste actions
- Open the workflow you want to paste into. It can be in the same browser tab or another one.
- Click Quick Paste next to a + button, or open any action's three-dot menu and choose Paste Below.
- Check the pasted steps and their settings, then click Save.
Good to know
- Copied actions stay available for 15 minutes. You can paste them as many times as you like in that time. After that, copy them again.
- Copy and paste works across tabs as long as you stay signed in to the same account.
- Triggers aren't copied with actions.
- You can move or delete pasted actions before you save.
- If the paste options don't appear, refresh the builder.
