Agent Studio: Manage Existing Flow-Based Agents
Agent Studio is a visual builder for flow-based AI agents. Each agent is a set of connected nodes on a canvas. Your existing agents and their triggers keep running while you make changes.
What you can do in the builder
- Review an agent and follow its node connections and decision paths.
- Update prompt logic and the actions that come after it.
- Add or revise nodes.
- See how information moves through the whole flow.
Tool nodes
| Node | What it does | | --- | --- | | LLM | Uses an AI model to write context-aware responses. | | API Tool | Sends and receives data from an outside service through an API. | | Knowledge Base Tool | Lets the agent look up your approved business content. | | Web Search Tool | Lets the agent search the web for current information. |
Logic and flow control
Use router and condition nodes to send the conversation down different paths based on what the contact said or the data you have. See Agent Studio: Router Tool for details.
Versions
Each time you publish, Agent Studio saves a version. You can keep working on a draft while the published version keeps running, and you can go back to an earlier version if a change doesn't work.
Edit an existing agent
- Go to AI Agents > Agent Studio.
- Open Flow Agents and click the agent you want to change.
- Select a node to edit its settings, or add a node from the canvas.
- Use the test panel to try the agent with sample inputs.
- Click Publish when you're happy with the changes.
