How to Use Site and Funnel Analytics
The Site and Funnel Analytics dashboard shows how your online assets attract, engage, and convert visitors. Pick what you want to analyze, narrow it to one asset if you like, and set a date range.
What you can track
- Page views, including unique page views. Click a single funnel, website, or webinar in the chart to see step-by-step numbers.
- Opt-ins: purchases, form or survey submissions, and booked appointments.
- Time on page.
- Sales made through funnels or websites.
- Opt-in conversion rate: opt-ins divided by unique page views.
For definitions of every metric, see Funnel, Website, and Webinar Analytics Definitions.
Asset types
Choose one asset type at a time:
- Funnels
- Websites
- Blogs
- Webinars
- Forms
- Surveys
- QR Codes
- External Tracking
The metrics on screen change with the asset type you pick.
Open and use the dashboard
- Click Sites in the left menu.
- Click Analytics in the top bar.
- Choose an asset type, such as Funnels.
- Optional: pick one asset to narrow the results. Leave it on All to see combined results. Changing the asset type resets this to All.
- Use the date picker in the upper-right corner to choose the period. The default is the last 14 days.
- Click the KPI cards at the top. Each card works like a tab and changes the charts below it.
Numbers are compared with the previous period of the same length, so you can spot trends quickly.
QR code analytics
Choose QR Codes as the asset type to see:
- Total scans and unique scans
- Scans by device type
- Top browsers
- Where scans came from, by country, state, and city
- Scan history over time
Use these to see which codes and locations get the most engagement.
Tips
- Use Advanced Filter to narrow funnel, website, and webinar data further. See Advanced Filters in Site Analytics.
- Check analytics after every change to a page so you can see what helped.
