Create Dropdown Categories in the Navigation Menu

Dropdown categories group related links under one top-level menu item. For example, a Services item could open a dropdown with Consulting, Coaching, and Training.
A dropdown has:
  • Parent item: the top-level item that opens the dropdown.
  • Sub items: the links inside the dropdown.
Navigation menus support one level of sub items.

Create a dropdown

  1. Open your funnel or website in the builder.
  2. Select the Navigation Menu element.
  3. In the right panel, click Add Item > New Menu Item.
  4. Give it a clear name.
  5. Drag the item under the parent item, then nudge it slightly to the right until it's indented. Indented items become sub items. You can also use Add Sub Item on the parent.
  6. Click Save, then Preview. Hover over or tap the parent item to check the dropdown.

Check your menu before publishing

  • Every sub item sits under the right parent.
  • Every link goes to the right page.
  • Items are in the order you want. Drag to reorder.
  • Labels are short and clear.
  • Old items are removed.
  • The menu works on both desktop and mobile.
