Create a Funnel with a Template, a Form, and Your Own Domain
A funnel walks visitors through a short, focused set of pages, collects their details, and points them to one next step, like booking a call or buying an offer. Here's how to build one from a template, add a form, and publish it on your own domain.
Before you start
- Make sure you can open Sites in your account.
- If you'll use your own domain, have the login for the registrar where you manage its DNS.
Step 1: Start a funnel from a template
- Go to Sites > Funnels.
- Click New Funnel in the top-right corner.
- Choose From templates and click Continue.
- Use the filters, search bar, and sort menu to find a template that fits.
- Review the template preview and click Continue.
- Keep the window open while the template loads into the editor.
You don't have to use a template. You can also start from a blank funnel.
Step 2: Create or pick a form
Forms collect details like name, email, and phone number.
New form:
- Go to Sites > Forms.
- Click Add Form in the top-right corner.
- Add and style your fields, then save the form.
Existing form:
- Go to Sites > Forms.
- Click the form to open it and check the fields are right.
Then add the form to your funnel page with the Form element in the builder.
Step 3: Connect your domain
A custom domain lets you publish the funnel on an address you control, which keeps your links consistent and easy to recognize.
- Go to Settings > Domains & URL Redirects and click + Connect a domain.
- Find Funnel/Website/Store/Blog/Webinar and click Connect, then type your domain and click Continue.
- Copy each DNS record shown into the DNS settings at your registrar.
- When verification passes, finish the steps on screen.
- Select the connected domain in your funnel's settings and publish.
