Add an Instagram Feed to Funnels, Websites, and Stores
The Instagram Feed widget shows posts from your Instagram account on funnel, website, and store pages. It's built into the page builder, so you don't need a separate feed service or embed code.
Before you start
- Connect an Instagram Business or Creator account in Social Planner. Personal accounts aren't supported.
- How far back the feed goes depends on what Instagram makes available.
- Posts load up to 50 at a time. Visitors can see more with Load More or the slider.
Add the feed
- Go to Sites and open the funnel, website, or store you want.
- Open the step or page in the page builder.
- In the element panel, open Social Widgets and drag Instagram Feed onto the page.
- Pick a starting template:
- Profile widget: profile header with a grid of posts.
- Grid: posts only, no header.
- Small widget: compact 2x2 grid.
- Post slider: posts in a sideways carousel.
- Dark profile widget: profile layout in dark colors.
- Select the widget and choose your Instagram account.
- Check that your posts show up.
- Customize it in the General, Styles, and Post tabs.
- Save, preview, and publish.
Layout
- Switch between Grid and Slider.
- Use automatic columns or set 1 to 10 columns, and 1 to 5 rows.
- Set spacing between posts from 0 to 50 px.
- Set columns, rows, and spacing per device. Mobile allows up to 3 columns. Tablet starts with the mobile settings.
- Add a feed title of up to 200 characters.
Profile header
Show or hide the profile picture, display name, @handle, post count, follower count, following count, and Follow button.
Posts
- Show all posts, photos only, or videos only.
- Choose a tile style: Classic (image with a hover overlay) or Card (image with a caption below).
- Crop images Square (1:1) or Portrait (4:5).
- Show details like author, date, Instagram link, likes, comments, and caption.
Slider options
- Turn navigation arrows on or off.
- Turn drag and swipe on or off.
- Set the transition speed from 0.1 to 2 seconds.
- Turn on autoplay with an interval of 3 to 30 seconds.
When a visitor clicks a post
- Open in Popup: opens the post in a built-in lightbox that supports carousels, video, and arrow-key navigation. Press Esc to close it. You can choose which details show in the popup.
- Open on Instagram: opens the post on Instagram.
- Do Nothing.
Colors and visibility
Start with a light or dark color scheme, then set colors for the header, posts, slider arrows, popup, and Load More button. You can also add a custom CSS class and choose which devices show the widget.
Reconnect your account
If the Instagram connection expires, the widget shows a Disconnected badge and a Reconnect account button in the builder. Click it to reconnect.
If Instagram is briefly unavailable, your published page shows the last saved posts. If there aren't any, the widget hides instead of showing an error.
