Add an Email Domain and Verify Its DNS Records
Verify your domain before you start sending. It's key to good deliverability.
Add your domain
- Go to Settings → Email Services → Dedicated Domain.
- Click + Add Domain.
- Enter the domain and click Add & Verify. We recommend a subdomain, such as
mail.yourdomain.com.
Verify it
Option 1: Connect your domain (automatic)
If your DNS provider supports automatic setup, click Connect, sign in to your DNS provider and approve. The records are added for you.
Option 2: Set up manually
- Copy each record shown (type, host and value).
- Sign in to your DNS provider and add each record exactly as shown.
- Return to FunnelStreams and click Verify.
Tips
- Some DNS providers add your domain to the host automatically. If so, enter only the part before your domain (for example
mailinstead ofmail.yourdomain.com). - Keep one SPF record per host. Merge includes if you already have one.
- DNS updates can take up to 48 hours. If verification fails, wait and try again.
