Monitor Deliverability with the Email Health Report
What it is
The Email Health Report (beta) brings your deliverability data into one dashboard. It gives you an overall health score, the metrics behind it and trends over time.
Requirements
- You must have sent at least 500 emails in the last 30 days to see the report.
- The report leaves out the most recent 24 hours of data so the numbers are complete.
Your health score
Your score (0–100) combines several delivery metrics, weighted by how much they affect inbox placement.
| Score | Status | Meaning | | --- | --- | --- | | 80–100 | High (green) | Excellent deliverability | | 60–79 | Good (blue) | Strong, with room to improve | | 40–59 | Low (orange) | Needs attention | | 0–39 | Bad (red) | Act now |
Metrics tracked
Each metric shows your current rate, a trend arrow and a recommended benchmark:
- Delivery rate: emails accepted by receiving servers
- Bounce rate: emails that couldn't be delivered
- Spam complaint rate: recipients who marked you as spam
- Open and click rates: how engaged your recipients are
- Unsubscribe rate: how many people opt out
Use the report
- Open the report from your email statistics.
- Change the date range to compare periods.
- Start with any metric in orange or red, and follow its recommendation.
- Check back weekly to confirm your changes are working.
