Facebook Page Missing From the Page List
When you connect Facebook, you pick Pages from a list. If a Page you manage is missing, the app usually doesn't have permission for that Page yet.
Fix it
- Log in to Facebook with the user that connects the Page.
- Go to Settings & privacy > Settings.
- Click Business integrations.
- Find the app you connected to FunnelStreams and click View and edit.
- Scroll down and turn on every toggle.
- In the Page list, check every Page you want to use. Don't uncheck Pages that are already checked, or they'll stop working in any account that uses them.
- Click Save.
- Back in FunnelStreams, go to Settings > Integrations and reconnect Facebook. The Page should now show up.
Still missing?
- Only the Facebook user who connected the integration sees its Pages. Make sure you're logged in as that user.
- Your user needs full control of the Page in Meta Business Suite.
- Pages restricted or unpublished by Facebook may not show.
