Map Facebook Lead Form Fields

Map a form

1. Go to Settings > Integrations.
2. On the Facebook card, open Form field mapping.
3. Pick the form.
4. Match each form field to a contact field. Standard fields usually map themselves:
5. full_name to Contact name
6. email to Email
7. phone_number to Phone
8. Map custom questions to custom fields.
9. Save. Mapped forms show a check mark.

Create a custom field

1. Go to Settings > Custom Fields.
2. Click + Add Custom Field.
3. Choose Contacts, enter a name, and choose a field type.
4. Save, then map it in the form.

Tips

• Don't rename questions in the Facebook form after mapping it. Renamed fields can stop mapping. If you do, open the mapping and save it again.
• Map every new form before your ad goes live so you don't lose answers.
