Connect and Manage Multiple Facebook Pages
You can connect more than one Facebook Page to your account. Each Page can sync lead ads, Messenger and Instagram messages, and reviews, and you can see which Page each lead came from.
Before you start
- Access: your Facebook user needs full control of every Page you connect, including access to leads and messages.
- Ownership: the same user should own the Page and the ad account running your lead ads.
- App permissions: the app you connect needs access to each Page. You can check this in Facebook under Settings & privacy > Settings > Business integrations.
- Custom fields: create the custom fields you need for your form questions first.
Connect Pages
- Go to Settings > Integrations.
- On the Facebook card, click Connect, log in, and grant every permission.
- Select the Pages you want.
- Choose whether to sync only new leads or also the last 90 days of leads.
- Map the fields for each lead form.
Manage Pages
Click Manage pages on the Facebook card to add or remove Pages. Removing a Page stops new leads and messages from it. Existing contacts stay.
Messaging settings
Click Settings on the Facebook card to turn Messenger and Instagram messaging on or off for each Page.
Manage forms and sync leads
- Open Form field mapping to map or update each form.
- If leads are missing, use the sync option on the form to fetch recent leads again.
Disconnect
Open the Facebook card menu and choose Disconnect. Leads and messages stop syncing for all Pages.
