Export Facebook Leads and Add Them Manually
If leads didn't sync, for example while your Facebook connection was broken, you can download them from Meta and import them.
Download leads from Meta
- Open Meta Business Suite.
- Click All tools, then Instant Forms.
- Click Download next to the form.
- Choose Download new leads or Download by date range.
- Click CSV.
You can download a lead for up to 90 days after it was submitted.
If you don't see Ad ID or Ad Set ID columns, the lead may have come from organic reach or an ad preview, or you may not have advertiser access to the ad account.
Can't download?
- Ask your Business Manager admin whether they limited access in Leads access.
- Ask a Page admin to give you access to leads.
Import the leads
- Go to Contacts and click Import.
- Upload the CSV and map the columns to contact fields.
- Add a tag, such as "fb-lead-import."
- Finish the import.
Add them to a workflow
Create a workflow with the Contact Tag trigger set to your import tag, then add your follow-up steps. Imported contacts with that tag enter the workflow.
Check the workflow before you import so you don't send messages people already got.
