Connect and Manage Google Business Profile Pages

Connect your Google Business Profile (GBP) so messages, leads, and reviews from your listings come into FunnelStreams. You can connect one location or many.

Connect

  1. Go to Settings > Integrations.
  2. On the Google Business Profile card, click Connect.
  3. Sign in with the Google account that manages your listings and allow access.
  4. Select one or more listings.
  5. For each listing, turn messaging and call tracking on or off.
  6. Click Connect to finish.
When it's done, the card shows your connected listings and their status.

Add, remove, or adjust listings

  1. On the Google Business Profile card, click Manage Pages.
  2. Add or remove listings, or change messaging and call tracking for each.
  3. Click Update.
  4. Click the Refresh icon to check the connection status.
Changes only apply from now on. Past messages, calls, and reviews aren't changed.

Good to know

  • You need owner or manager access to each listing in Google.
  • Google must have verified the listing. Unverified or suspended listings can't connect. See "Google Business Profile Troubleshooting."
  • With several listings, each message and review shows which listing it came from.
