Messages, Reviews, and Contacts From Google Business Profile
Once your Google Business Profile is connected, customer activity from each listing shows up in FunnelStreams.
Messages
When someone messages your listing, it arrives in Conversations. Reply there and the customer gets it in Google. Each conversation shows the listing it came from.
Reviews
New Google reviews appear under Reputation > Reviews, labeled with the listing name. You can reply from there.
With several listings, set a review link for each one and pick a primary listing under Settings > Reputation Management.
Contacts
People who message you or leave a review are added to Contacts. Open a contact to see the source and which listing they came from.
Tips
- Use the source in workflows, for example to send listing-specific follow-ups.
- Turn on messaging per listing under Settings > Integrations > Google Business Profile > Manage Pages.
