Social Planner Overview

What Social Planner is

Social Planner lets you create, schedule and publish posts to your social accounts from one calendar. Available channels depend on your plan and include Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and Google Business Profile.

Key benefits

  • One place to publish: manage several social channels without switching apps.
  • Flexible scheduling: post now, schedule for later, save drafts, request approval or create recurring posts.
  • Reusable content: start from templates, bulk uploads, RSS feeds, recurring posts or category queues.
  • Per-channel posts: customize the caption and media for each channel.
  • Performance tracking: see publishing activity and engagement.

Before you begin

  • Make sure you can sign in to each social account you want to connect.
  • Check that you have admin or publishing access to the page, profile or location.
  • Prepare your captions, links, images and videos, and check they meet each platform's requirements.
  • Check your account's time zone before scheduling.
You can explore Social Planner and prepare posts without connecting an account, but you need a connected account to publish.

Ways to create posts

  • Schedule Now: create a single post.
  • Bulk Scheduling: upload up to 90 posts from a CSV or XLSX file.
  • Evergreen Queue Post: build a reusable category queue you can edit, reorder and reschedule.
  • Recurring Post: repeat a post on a schedule.
  • RSS Post: turn new items from an RSS feed into posts.
