Set Up the Wave Integration
The Wave integration sends the invoices you create to Wave automatically.
What syncs
- New invoices
- Changes to those invoices, such as line items, totals, and customer details
The sync goes one way, from your account to Wave.
What doesn't sync
Because of Wave's limits:
- Payment receipts don't sync.
- Invoice status changes, like paid or partially paid, don't sync.
Mark payments in Wave yourself to keep its records up to date.
Connect Wave
- Go to Payments > Integrations or the App Marketplace and find Wave.
- Click Connect and sign in to Wave.
- Pick your business and approve access.
