Connect Forms and Calendars in AI Studio
AI Studio can design custom forms and booking sections that match your page. To make them work, connect them to your account. They aren't connected automatically.
Connect a form
- Open your AI Studio project.
- Ask AI Studio to add a form, or select an existing form section.
- When AI Studio asks, choose the form in your account to connect, or let it create one.
- Map the fields, such as name, email, and phone.
- Preview the page and submit a test entry.
Where submissions go
- Each submission creates or updates a contact.
- Submissions appear in the form's submission list and in AI Studio's Form Submissions.
Start a workflow from a form
- Go to Automation > Workflows.
- Create a workflow with the Form Submitted trigger.
- Choose the connected form.
- Add the steps you want, such as a welcome email.
Connect a calendar
- Ask AI Studio to add a booking section.
- When asked, choose which calendar to use.
- Preview the page and make a test booking.
After a calendar is connected, bookings appear on the calendar and the contact record, and your calendar notifications and workflows run as normal.
