Create Workflows Directly from Ask AI

You can create a workflow by describing it in Ask AI. Ask AI shows the workflow in a live preview so you can check the structure before opening it.
You can also create workflows through Ask AI on WhatsApp.

Create a workflow

  1. Open Ask AI and start a new chat.
  2. Describe the workflow. For example: "Create a workflow that sends an email when someone submits a form, then waits a day and sends a text."
  3. Review the preview.
  4. Ask for changes in the chat, such as "Add a tag after the email."
  5. When it looks right, open it in the Workflow Builder.

Finish and publish

  1. Check each trigger and action in the Workflow Builder.
  2. Fill in any missing details, such as the email template or form.
  3. Test the workflow.
  4. Publish it.
You can't edit the preview by hand. Make changes by chatting, or open the workflow in the Workflow Builder.
