How to Use Ask AI in WhatsApp with Dispatch
With Dispatch, you can message Ask AI from WhatsApp. Ask AI can look up your account data, create content, and take supported actions, just like in the app.
This is for you and your team. It's separate from the WhatsApp channel you use to talk to customers.
Before you start
- Only one WhatsApp number can be connected per account at a time.
- The number is tied to the user who connected it. Other users can't manage or take over your connection.
Connect WhatsApp
- Open Ask AI.
- Open the settings menu and choose Dispatch.
- Choose WhatsApp and click Connect.
- Follow the prompts to verify your number.
- Send a test message to Ask AI from WhatsApp.
What you can ask
- "How many new leads did we get this week?"
- "Draft a follow-up email to this contact."
- "Create a workflow that tags new form leads."
Disconnect or move your connection
Open Ask AI > Dispatch and click Disconnect. You can then connect a different number or account.
