How to Create Flow-Based Voice AI Agents Using Ask AI
Ask AI can build a flow-based Voice AI agent for you. Describe the call you want, review the plan Ask AI prepares, and get an editable flow you can test and change.

Create an agent
- Open Ask AI and start a new chat.
- Describe the agent. For example: "Create a voice agent that greets callers, asks whether they need sales or support, books sales calls, and transfers support calls to my team."
- Answer any questions about your business, hours, and calendars.
- Review the build plan.
- Confirm, and Ask AI generates the flow.
Review and test
- Open the agent in the Voice AI flow builder.
- Check each step, prompt, and action.
- Make any changes in the builder or by asking Ask AI.
- Test the agent with a web call or a phone call.
- Assign a phone number and turn on the agent.
Tips
- List every path the call can take, such as booking, questions, and transfers.
- Name the calendar and transfer number to use.
- Test unusual answers so the agent handles them well.
