Managed Agent Activity Feed: Monitor and Debug AI Agents
The Activity Feed shows each Managed Agent's recent runs and conversations, newest first. It brings live chats and automated runs, such as form submissions and tag changes, into one place.
What each row shows
- What started the run, such as Form Submitted or Survey Submitted.
- The contact or record involved.
- The status, such as completed, failed, or skipped.
- When it ran.
Review a run
- Go to AI Agents > Agent Studio and open the Managed Agent.
- Open Activity.
- Click a run.
- Review the steps it took, the skills and tools it used, the inputs and outputs, and the final result.
Debug a problem
- Look for the first step that failed and read its error.
- Check that connected apps, calendars, and knowledge bases are still set up.
- Update the agent's instructions, test again, and publish.
- A Skipped run includes the reason, such as the agent being unpublished.
Rate a run
Use thumbs up or thumbs down on a run to note whether the agent did a good job. Ratings help you track quality over time.
