Using Page Context with Ask AI
Ask AI can use information from the page you're on. You can ask about what's on screen without describing it.
For example:
- "What is this?"
- "Why are these in the list?"
- "Explain this section."
- "Help me here."
Page context works in the floating panel and in Split View. It isn't available where there's no page behind Ask AI, such as a full-screen chat.
Attach specific elements
- Open Ask AI on the page.
- Click the option to select page elements.
- Click the cards, fields, rows, or sections you want to ask about.
- Type your question and send it.
Tips
- Attach elements when the page has a lot on it, so Ask AI focuses on the right part.
- Ask follow-up questions in the same chat to keep the context.
