Voice Geo Permissions for FunnelStreams Phone

Voice Geo Permissions let you choose which countries your team can call. They help prevent unwanted international calls and protect your account from fraud.

How it works

  • You choose which countries are allowed.
  • Calls to countries that aren't allowed are blocked.
  • The settings apply to calls placed from your account's phone numbers, including the dialer and automated calls.

Set up Geo Permissions

  1. Go to Settings > Phone System.
  2. Open Voice Geo Permissions.
  3. Review the list of countries.
  4. Turn on the countries your team needs to call.
  5. Turn off any countries you don't call.
  6. Save.

Tips

  • Only allow the countries you actually call.
  • Review the list when you start working with a new country.
  • If a call is blocked, check that the country is allowed here.
