AI Message Details: View and Edit AI Responses
AI Message Details show how each Conversation AI reply was created: the knowledge it used, the instructions it followed, and the actions it took. Use them to understand a reply and fix it if it's wrong.
Open the details
- Open the conversation in Conversations.
- Find the AI-generated message.
- Click the AI (sparkle) icon next to it.
What you'll see
- The knowledge base content the reply was based on.
- The bot goals and instructions that applied.
- Any actions the agent took, such as booking or updating a contact.
Correct a reply
- In the details panel, click Edit.
- Write the reply the agent should have given.
- Save. The correction is added to the agent's training so it answers better next time.
Review details for replies that look wrong, and fix the source content in your knowledge base too.
