AI-Suggested Actions in Conversation AI Suggestive Mode
In Suggestive Mode, Conversation AI doesn't reply on its own. It suggests a reply for your team to review. It can also suggest actions, such as updating a contact or booking an appointment, so you don't have to do them by hand.
How it works
- A contact sends a message.
- Conversation AI suggests a reply in the message box.
- If an action would help, it shows the action under the reply, such as Update contact or Book appointment.
- You review the reply and choose which actions to keep.
- Click Send & run to send the message and run the selected actions.
Suggestive Mode or Autopilot?
- Suggestive Mode: your team approves every reply and action.
- Autopilot: the agent replies and takes actions on its own.
Set up
- Go to AI Agents > Conversation AI and open the agent.
- Set the mode to Suggestive.
- Turn on the actions you want it to suggest in Bot Goals.
- Save.
