Bot Goals Overview: Conversation AI
Bot Goals control how a Conversation AI agent talks, what it's trying to achieve, and which actions it can take. You can create several agents with different goals, such as one for sales and one for support.
Main areas
| Area | What you set | | --- | --- | | Personality | The agent's name, tone, and style. | | Goal | What the agent should accomplish, such as booking an appointment or answering questions. | | Instructions | Extra rules, such as what to say or avoid. | | Actions | What the agent can do, such as book appointments, collect contact info, trigger workflows, hand over to a person, or stop. |
