Build and Deploy Conversation AI Bots With Ask AI

Ask AI can build a Conversation AI agent for you. It looks at how your business talks to customers in calls, emails, texts, and chats, and sets up an agent that matches.

Build an agent

  1. Open Ask AI and start a new chat.
  2. Ask it to build an agent. For example: "Build a Conversation AI agent that answers questions about our services and books consultations."
  3. Answer any questions about your goals, channels, and calendars.
  4. Review the setup Ask AI creates: personality, goal, instructions, knowledge, and actions.
  5. Ask for changes until it looks right.

Test and turn it on

  1. Open the agent in AI Agents > Conversation AI.
  2. Test it with sample messages.
  3. Choose the channels it should answer.
  4. Start in Suggestive Mode so your team can review replies.
  5. Switch to Autopilot when you're confident in its answers.
