Conversation AI: Multiple Calendars for Appointment Booking
Your Conversation AI agent can book on more than one calendar. It works out which calendar fits the contact's request and books there.
For example, a salon can connect separate calendars for haircuts and coloring.
Set it up
- Go to AI Agents > Conversation AI and open the agent.
- Open Bot Goals and find the Appointment Booking action.
- Add each calendar the agent can use.
- Give each calendar a clear name and description so the agent knows when to use it.
- Save.
Test it
Message the agent asking for each type of appointment and check that each one lands on the right calendar.
Tips
- Use descriptions that clearly separate the calendars.
- If a request is unclear, tell the agent to ask which service the contact wants.
