Guided Form Setup for Conversation AI
The Guided Form setup lets you create a Conversation AI agent without writing prompts. You fill in your goal, the questions to ask, and the actions to take, and the agent follows that path.
It works well for lead capture, booking, qualifying customers, and support.
Set up an agent
- Go to AI Agents > Conversation AI and click Create Bot.
- Choose Guided Form.
- Enter the agent's name, personality, and goal.
- Add the questions the agent should ask, in order. For each one, choose where to save the answer, such as a contact field.
- Choose the action at the end, such as booking an appointment or triggering a workflow.
- Connect a knowledge base so it can answer questions.
- Save and test.
Tips
- Keep the list of questions short.
- Ask one thing per question.
- Test with a contact who gives unexpected answers.
