How to Optimize Conversation AI Prompts from a Trial Chat
The Trial Chat Prompt Optimizer improves your agent's instructions based on a test conversation. It reviews the chat and your current prompt, and suggests changes.
Use the optimizer
- Go to AI Agents > Conversation AI and open the agent.
- Open Test your agent and have a test chat.
- When a reply isn't right, click Optimize.
- Describe what should have happened, such as "Ask for their email before booking."
- Review the suggested prompt changes.
- Accept the changes you want and save.
Tips
- Test one problem at a time.
- Run the test chat again after accepting changes.
- Keep a copy of your prompt before big changes.
