Error 30032: Toll-Free Number Not Verified
What this error means
Error 30032 means you sent a message from a toll-free number to a US or Canadian recipient, but the number hasn't completed toll-free verification. Unverified toll-free numbers are blocked from sending SMS and MMS.
Common causes
- Toll-free verification was never submitted.
- The verification request is still pending.
- The request was rejected.
- Required business details are missing.
- The use case or opt-in details don't match what you actually send.
How to fix it
- Go to Settings → Phone System and check the toll-free verification status for the number.
- If it hasn't been submitted, complete the verification form with accurate business information, use case, sample messages, and opt-in details.
- If it's pending, wait for a decision before sending from that number.
- If it was rejected, read the rejection reason, correct the details, and resubmit.
- While you wait, send from a verified number or a local number linked to an approved A2P campaign.
Tips for approval
- Use your legal business name and a working website.
- Describe exactly how contacts opt in.
- Make your sample messages match your real messages, including opt-out language.
