Error 30033: A2P 10DLC Campaign Suspended
What this error means
Error 30033 means the A2P 10DLC campaign linked to your sending number has been suspended. While it's suspended, US messages from numbers on that campaign can't be delivered.
Common cause
Carriers suspend a campaign when they find a compliance issue, such as messages that don't match the registered use case, missing opt-in consent, prohibited content, or a high volume of complaints.
How to fix it
- Go to the A2P registration section under Settings → Phone System and find the campaign linked to the affected number.
- Review the campaign status and any reason provided.
- Compare your real messages with the registered use case and sample messages.
- Fix the issue. For example, add opt-out language, stop prohibited content, or update your opt-in process.
- Contact support to request a review or to find out whether you need to register a new campaign.
- Pause SMS campaigns from the affected numbers until the campaign is active again.
Prevention
Only send messages that match your registered use case, always collect clear consent, and include opt-out instructions in marketing messages.
