Error 30024: Numeric Sender ID Not Provisioned on Carrier
What this error means
Error 30024 means the destination carrier requires a pre-registered numeric sender, and your sending number isn't fully provisioned with that carrier yet. It can also appear while a newly registered sender is still being set up for production traffic.
Possible causes
- The sending number hasn't finished carrier provisioning.
- A US A2P 10DLC number was registered recently, and provisioning for its campaign is still in progress.
- A short code isn't fully provisioned, or the carrier disabled it.
- The destination number was recently ported to another carrier and routing hasn't updated.
- A toll-free number isn't fully provisioned or verified.
How to fix it
- If the number or campaign was registered recently, wait at least 24 hours and try again.
- Confirm the number is linked to an approved A2P campaign, or that toll-free verification is approved.
- If the recipient recently switched carriers, retry later.
- If the error continues, contact support with the sending number, destination number, and time of the attempt.
