Improve Your Number's Reputation With Voice Integrity
What Voice Integrity does
Voice Integrity registers your US business numbers with major carrier analytics programs, so legitimate calls aren't labeled "Spam Likely" or "Potential Spam".
- Fix a bad reputation: clear existing spam flags on your caller ID.
- Higher answer rates: people are more likely to answer calls that aren't labeled spam.
- Better reach: legitimate calls avoid unnecessary blocking.
Which option fits
- You have an EIN and your number is flagged: register through Voice Integrity.
- You don't have an EIN: register the number on the Free Caller Registry instead.
- The number is new, not important, or has complaints against it: it may be simpler to buy a new number and follow good calling practices.
Before you register
- SHAKEN/STIR must be set up for your numbers (see What is SHAKEN/STIR).
- Your business details in the Trust Center must be complete and accurate.
Register your numbers
- Go to Settings → Phone System → Trust Center.
- Open Voice Integrity and start registration.
- Confirm your business profile and select the US numbers to register.
- Submit. Approval and remediation can take several days to a couple of weeks to show on carrier networks.
Keep your reputation healthy
- Call people who expect to hear from you.
- Avoid high volumes of short calls from one number.
- Use CNAM so your business name displays.
