A2P Status Tags on Phone Numbers
Where to find the tags
Go to Settings → Phone System → Phone Numbers. An A2P tag next to each number shows its current A2P 10DLC status.
- A number shows at most one A2P tag.
- Tags update automatically as the status changes.
- Numbers that don't need A2P registration, such as toll-free or non-US numbers, may show no tag.
What the tags mean
| Tag | Meaning | Action | | --- | --- | --- | | A2P Verified | Linked to an approved campaign and able to send texts | None | | A2P In Progress | Added to a campaign; carriers are reviewing it | None | | A2P Rejected | Carriers didn't approve the number for texting | Contact support | | A2P Unlinking | You removed the number from its campaign and carriers are processing it | None | | A2P Unlink Failed | Carriers couldn't complete the removal; the number is still registered | Try unlinking again, and contact support if it fails twice | | No tag | Not registered to any A2P campaign | Link it to an approved campaign from the Trust Center |
Tips
- Texts from US local numbers without an approved campaign may be blocked.
- New numbers added after approval must be linked to your campaign too.
